Prices:
All prices are in Australian dollars and include all taxes, so "All transactions are processed in AUD."  Banks, credit card companies and electronic transfer organizations may add charges.
Prices for participating in events at ISPSOMelbourne2011 vary for members and non-members
Early-bird rates for both members and non-members are available as listed on the website until 1 April 2011

Payment:
Online payment is possible by Visa and Mastercard credit cards, the eWay portal and by electronic funds transfer (wire transfer) directly into the Westpac account.
ISPSO Melbourne2011 does not charge transaction fees.

Delivery:
Online payment via the website results in permission to attend the event(s) purchased. Confirmation of purchases and registration will be sent by email.

Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation of all or parts of the program, payments already made will be returned to the affected customers. In the case of cancellation of individual workshops, the affected customers will first be offered available places on other workshops. Note: this does NOT apply in the case of cancellation due to sudden illness or force majeure.
 
Cancellations made within 7 days of registration will incur a $100 administration fee only. A full refund less the fee is available in that period.
 
After the seven day 'cooling off period', the following charges apply:

Cancellations made before 24 April are subject to 50% cancellation charge.
Between 25 April and 12 May, 75% cancellation charge.
After 12 May there is a 100% cancellation charge.
 

Limited Liability:
ISPSO Melbourne 2011 has no liability for price changes or typographic errors.
