How do I register for the annual meeting?
You can register for the annual meeting on this website.  Use the 'Registration' link above.
 
At the last Annual Meeting I could register for accommodation on the website.  Why can't I do that for this conference?
Your registration for the Annual Meeting and your booking for accommodation while you are in Melbourne are completely separate.  This allows you maximum freedom of choice.  You can stay at the conference venue (the Langham Hotel) where we have an agreed rate.  See the accommodation page for further information and options you might like to explore.
 
I've started my registration process, but don't want to finish it today.  What happens?
Your partial registration information will be stored for up to one week.  If you return to the website using the same computer as you previously used, you will be able to access and modify your registration information.  If the website recognises that you have started to register, you will see at the top of the screen above the search box the text "Signed up for xx events, Total: $xxxx AUD" .  Click on that link to modify your registration.
 
Can I modify my registration?
Yes you can. 

• If you have started to register, you will see at the top of the screen above the search box the text "Signed up for xx events, Total: $xxxx AUD" Click on that link to modify your registration.
• If your registration payment has been processed and you wish to modify your registration, please send an email to info@ispso2011.org

 
Can I clear my registration totally and start over?
Once you've started the registration process, you will see the text "Signed up for xx events, Total: $xxxx AUD" at the top of the site's pages above the search box.  Click on that link and then check the 'delete' check box for every event, then update.  You can then start your registration process over again.
To start over you could also register using a different computer.
 
Is my partner or my guest welcome to attend events on the social program?
Most definitely. We'd love to have them accompany you.
 
How do I register my partner or guest for social events?
You can register their attendance along with your registration.  They do not need to be registered for the Annual Meeting, but we do ask for their basic contact details during the registration process.
